1. Promoter Details

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter and agencies directly associated with this promotion.
Subscribers must maintain an active Snowtunnel Parks registration at the time of selection.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to persons aged 16 or over, residing anywhere in the world, who register for Snowtunnel via the Promoter’s website and complete all required fields. Entrants must also promptly supply any additional information reasonably requested by the Promoter to remain eligible for Test Crew shortlisting.
The Promoter is not responsible for any entrant’s inability to participate or accept a prize due to local laws or travel restrictions in their jurisdiction.
Employees, close family, and those connected to the Competition’s administration remain ineligible.

Eligible entrants must complete all of the necessary fields upon registration, and future requests for information where indicated necessary, to be eligible to join the TestCrew shortlist of participants.
They participate by engaging with Snowtunnel Parks platforms (including, but not limited to: content contributions, feedback submissions, social media engagement, and other community activities as notified from time to time).
No additional purchase or payment is necessary beyond an active subscription.
Entries open on 6 October 2025 and close at a date to be notified in advance on the Snowtunnel Parks website and subscriber communication channels.

This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in the selection process.
An internal panel of judges, comprising Snowtunnel Parks representatives, will evaluate all engaged subscribers based on the following, non-exclusive criteria: level and quality of engagement, creativity, genuine passion for snow sports, community influence, and alignment with Snowtunnel Parks values.
The judging panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Selected Test Crew members (“Winners”) will be invited to exclusive pre-opening Snowtunnel experiences and may attend alongside professional athletes, R&D engineers, brand ambassadors and other VIPs.
The nature, timing, and details of the Test Crew experiences will be communicated directly to selected participants.
Prizes and participation opportunities are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact details provided with their subscription within 7 days of final judging.
Public announcement of winners (with consent) may be made on Snowtunnel Parks’ platforms and associated publicity channels.
Prizes will be fulfilled as described, with reasonable support for international Winners; however, Winners are solely responsible for any customs, taxes, travel arrangements, or other restrictions that may affect their participation.
If a selected Winner cannot participate because of their jurisdiction’s rules, their spot may be forfeited and awarded to another eligible Entrant.

By participating, entrants grant Snowtunnel Parks a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted content (comments, feedback, media, etc.) for promotional and testimonial purposes.

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [insert link]. Data is used for administering the competition, contacting winners, and improving subscriber experience.

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for breaching these terms or acting in a way that undermines the fairness or integrity of the promotion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by entrants in connection with the competition or participation in any Test Crew experience.
Events may be varied, cancelled, or substituted at the promoter’s discretion if circumstances arise beyond reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by Victorian law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, to the extent permitted, regardless of the entrant’s country of residence.

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel these terms at any time, subject to relevant state and territory laws. Notice of changes will be posted at [Snowtunnel Parks website].
